Why it pays
Small visit, big savings
Dirty coils, weak capacitors and clogged drains are behind many summer breakdowns. A tune-up finds them before they leave you without cooling on the hottest day of the year.
- Lower energy bills: a clean, properly charged system uses less power.
- Fewer emergencies: worn parts get replaced on your schedule.
- Longer equipment life: less strain on the compressor and motors.
- Safer heating: furnace safety checks every fall.
