Welcome to Tempro HVAC. By using our website or services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services
Tempro HVAC provides HVAC repair, installation, maintenance, duct cleaning, and emergency services in San Jose, Los Altos, Palo Alto, Cupertino, Saratoga, Los Gatos, and the Bay Area. All services are subject to availability and scheduling.

2. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed. We accept credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers. Late payments may incur a fee of 1.5% per month.

3. Service Warranty
We offer a 30-day warranty on labor for all services. Parts are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty claims must be reported within the warranty period.

4. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations must be made 24 hours before the scheduled service. Refunds are not available for completed services. Deposits are non-refundable.

5. Liability
Tempro HVAC is not liable for damages caused by improper use of HVAC systems, pre-existing conditions, or acts of nature. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

6. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the updated date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
